Returns, refunds and feedback policy:

If you do not like your purchase, return it for a full refund. We do NOT offer partial refunds under ANY circumstance.

If a NEW item is used, shrink wrap removed, contents of package missing etc., there will be a deduction to your refund in the case of a return per ebay guidelines.

We automatically leave positive feedback for you when your positive feedback is received. Ask ALL questions prior to purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for our response.

FRAUD WARNING:

We prosecute and cooperate in ALL cases of fraud without exception. We will contact your local law enforcement, federal agencies, US Postal Inspection Service and your employer, if needed, to ensure compliance. Therefore, before attempting fraud, think of the consequences, it is NOT worth it.

Selling policy:

For electronics/cellphones/tablets/computers etc.:

We record the IMEI/ESN/Serial # of the device for 90 days after delivery. In the event of fraud, we will blacklist/block and report the device details to law enforcement.

For Vinyl albums and other media: We do NOT prefer selling to collectors. Our ideal buyer is someone who is going to use these vinyl albums, DVDs / Blu-ray, Video games etc., and does NOT mind a minor blemish.

Missing inserts, booklets, other contents etc. will reduce your refund OR void your return completely. Please refer to ebay's refund deduction guidelines for metrics we use to determine reducing a refund.

Minor blemishes are possible. If you are particular about mint products, please buy somewhere else. We are a wholesale seller with low competitive prices.

FOR NEW ITEMS: Please see pictures and read full descriptions. Some items may have cover damage such as a bent edge or torn shrink wrap.

FOR USED ITEMS: We sell Near Mint (NM), Very Good+ (VG+), or Very Good (VG) rated products. The rating applies to the Vinyl LP/EP, DVDs / Blu-ray, Video games etc., not the cover or sleeves. Cover or sleeves can have minor blemishes.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

All international sales and returns are handled by ebay. We have no control over shipping and customs charges as assessed by ebay. Please contact ebay customer support if you have any questions about your purchase.
