Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item, provided that it meets the above criteria. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria or that are returned without a return authorization number.
